World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025 – WALK4PAD05 #PeriodFriendlyWorld, where everyone has access to period education and hygiene resources
This Saturday, 31st May 2025, join Pad-Up Africa in collaboration with C-Circle Foundation for Sustainable Health and Environment as we take bold steps — literally — to break menstrual taboos, promote menstrual health, and empower girls.
We’re hosting WALK4PAD05, a 25-kilometer awareness walk filled with energy, empathy, and impact — in commemoration of World Menstrual Hygiene Day (WMHD) 2025.

In a special show of solidarity, C-Circle Foundation also sponsored girls from Lola Cater Academy, a free school for children at the IDP Camp (a project of #LC4NF), to participate in the walk. We’re making sure displaced girls are not left behind in the movement for menstrual dignity

Our Target: To impact 200–500 girls, including: Out-of-school girls In-school girls Girls living with disabilities
Each girl received: A pack of sanitary pads A branded T-shirt — a bold reminder that menstruation is normal, not shameful.
This is more than a walk. It’s a movement. By joining or sponsoring this event, partners gain access to a global platform to: Amplify social impact Influence policy and drive systemic change Access resources, toolkits, and global networks Enhance brand visibility for gender-responsive causes
Partner with us. Walk with us. Speak up with us. Together, let’s make periods visible, healthy, and dignified — for every girl, everywhere.
